Contract Support Administrator

CONTRACT SUPPORT ADMIN We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Support Admin to join the team at our offices in Manchester where the focus of this role will be to deliver robust, high quality and cost-effective solutions to support our clients on core business requirements and provide lead contract support and finance support to the account management team.  ABOUT THE ROLE  We are looking for you to have experience of working in a similar role with experience of Microsoft Office Applications, Concept and Coins, and have knowledge of finance processes and an understanding of basic financial concepts such as revenue, cost, and profit.   To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail and a self-starter with the ability to plan and organise your time effectively. This is a terrific opportunity to progress your career as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive team. Some of the other Key Accountabilities as Contract Support Admin include:  • Collaborate closely with the team ensuring the timesheets submitted are accurate in line with the labour costed and analyse any overtime completed.• Assist with PPM invoicing and PPM invoicing approvals.• Collaborate with JLL Supply Chain Manager to conduct subcontractor performance reviews.• Ensure subcontractors are inline with all client requirements and all relevant documentation is up to date – Avetta, CHAS & Constructionline Gold.• Assist in obtaining quotations for tender submissions and contract variations.• Assist in the creation and management of portfolio tender submissions and cost books – including the routine review of PPM purchase orders, removing accruals ahead of contract reviews.• Raise PPM Purchase Orders in line with contract renewals or following contract variations.• Assist JLL Supply Chain Manager and Contract Support Manager with other Ad-Hoc duties when required. Electrician

We have an opportunity for an Electrician to join our Wates team within our Reactive Maintenance Division. You will be covering Barnsley area, working on our social housing contract. The primary focus of this role will be to undertake all tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client.Key Accountabilities will include: Undertaking repair/ renewal works within your Electricians remit and work with associated trades Ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards Communicate effectively with residents, scheduler and line manager Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area Working in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs, if required Completing time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDAYou must have: A full UK driving licence Level 3 Qualification 18th EditionWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician who can utilise their skills to deliver small projects and repair works. Foot Mobile Engineer

Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. You will be responsible for providing 3rd line support and working on projects across the Group’s cloud infrastructure services, covering all things cloud including Intune, Windows 11, Azure and Office 365 and other SaaS and PaaS services.Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve 3rd line support issues, working closely with suppliers when required. Maintain and support the IT Infrastructure in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Deliver managed changes and updates to IT infrastructure. Support company project teams in the technical delivery of IT projects. Provide reports and data to ensure the stable operation of services. Communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including senior leadership and Directors.Technical Expertise & Knowledge Experience supporting an IT environment of 1,000+ seats. Strong expertise in: Windows Server & Active Directory Microsoft Azure, Windows Desktop, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint Exchange/SMTP/365 messaging support & administration Mobile device management Network infrastructure Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Azure) PowerShell Qualys or Tenable or other vulnerability management platform Qualifications & Experience Experience providing 3rd line IT Infrastructure support in a FTSE 250 size company or equivalent with 1,000+ end users.
